7th and 8th grade science focuses on true understanding of content, not memorization. Although students need background knowledge to succeed in this class, students are assessed on their ability to problem solve by manipulating and applying previously learned material. This class has HIGH expectations. Excuses are not an option...Work is expected to be handed in on the day it is due.

Today in Science
7th grade- Students took notes on classification and briefly went over Table (last night's HW). We will continue with another classification activity tomorrow. Bioworld Project has been put on hold.
NO HW tonight.
8th grade-Students reviewed yesterday's quiz. We will have a make-up quiz tomorrow. Student have yesterday's quiz to use as a study guide.
